🎲 The Game: Oinkonomics (The Ruthless Real Estate Strategy Game)
Set in the dark-comedy, noir-infused town of Gosling—straight from author Brad A. LaMar’s Goz Tales universe—Oinkonomics flips traditional property-trading games on their head. Forget passive buying and quiet money-making; this is a high-stakes card game of shakedowns, forced evictions, and blatant sabotage.
How It Plays
Your objective is simple: be the first player to build three Brick Flats. Start small with a humble Straw Shack and manage your bankroll through The Market—a shared, dynamic economy where exact change is king and cash flows constantly.
As you upgrade your properties into Stick Cabins and Brick Flats, you’ll recruit notorious Gosling locals to boost your rent. But watch your back—opponents can deploy game-changing Action Cards to huff and puff your properties into the discard pile, trigger pest infestations, or swindle cash right out of your hand.

If you want to know the backstory behind the cards, it’s time to dive headfirst into the book that started it all.
In the crime-ridden streets of Gosling, baker Muff N. Mann bakes cheap treats by day and solves noir-style nursery rhyme mysteries by night alongside his thumb-sized partner, Tom Thumb. In Case File: 3LP, Muff takes on a high-stakes investigation for the wealthy Norma Pigg. Ignoring the stern warnings of local authorities, Muff and Tom dive deep into the corporate underworld of neighboring Grimm to uncover the truth behind the famous Three Little Pigs and their massive real estate empire.
